You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • 7-day guarantee (first purchase): within 7 days of your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied
  • Duplicate charges: if you are charged twice due to an error, we will refund the extra amount
  • Extended outage: if the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our failure, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit

4. Statutory Rights (UK/EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days. For digital services, this right may be lost once you have asked for immediate performance and acknowledged that you will lose the right to withdraw, where applicable.
